What stays on your machine

Everything about your shows: your Whatnot login session, sales tallies, share counts, giveaway names, overlay settings, sounds and music. KingKit's overlay runs on a local server inside the app (127.0.0.1) — show data is not sent to us.

What our servers see

• Purchases: handled by Stripe. We store your email, license key, subscription status, and Stripe's customer/subscription identifiers. We never see your card number.
• License checks: your key, a one-way hashed machine identifier, your Windows machine name (as the seat's label), and the app version.
• Diagnostics: only when you click "send diagnostics" — a snapshot of what the page reader saw and the app's log tail. No passwords, no cookies.
• Update checks: standard web-server logs (IP, user agent) when the app fetches updates or selector fixes.

What we don't do

No analytics SDKs, no ad tracking, no selling data. Emails are used for receipts, license recovery, and rare service announcements.

Removal

Cancel your subscription and email support@whatnotking.com to have your license records deleted. Stripe retains what payment processors must retain.
