KingKit Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026

The service

KingKit is a Windows application that renders overlays and plays audio cues for your own Whatnot live shows, driven by what your own logged-in session can see. A subscription buys a license key good for the number of machines shown at purchase.

Your account and your platform

You sign in to Whatnot with your own credentials, inside the app, on your machine — KingKit never receives or stores them on our servers. You are responsible for your standing with Whatnot, including compliance with Whatnot's own terms. Features that interact with your seller console (such as optionally auto-starting a giveaway) act on your behalf and at your direction; you accept the results of enabling them, including giveaways that are actually started.

Subscription and cancellation

Billing is monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt's manage-subscription link; the app stops working at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per the refund policy.

Fair use

License keys may not be shared, resold, or published. We may revoke keys used in that way. Don't attack, overload, or reverse the license service.

No warranty

Whatnot changes their site whenever they like, and KingKit's readers can break until we ship an update. We work to fix breakages quickly (usually server-side, same day) but the service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted operation, and our total liability is capped at your last month's subscription fee.

Not affiliated with Whatnot

KingKit and whatnotking.com are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot Inc. "Whatnot" is a trademark of Whatnot Inc., used only to describe compatibility.
